  New Loft hatch & ladder - very efficient and value for money

  Efficient from start to finish - quote arranged quickly, booked in at a day suitable for me, guys arrived on time and got on with the job immediately. Thought it would be messier than it was a I have a older house with lath & plaster ceiling. Happy with the service and would, happily, use this company again

  New water supply, replacing old lead pipes - very professional service

  I hired Alex to put a new supply using MDPE pipe to replace my existing lead supply. The guys arrived on time & were efficient in getting the new supply connected to the mains. One issue the team resolved related to where the lead supply entered the house. This was a lot of additional work that wasn’t expected & took quite some time which meant Alex and his team didn’t finish until late (around 7pm). After putting this temporary connection in place, Alex came back at the agreed time and put a more permanent supply in place. I’m really happy that I used Alex & can recommend them very highly

  Electrical Installation Condition Report: Efficient, helpful and good value electrical service

  Adele arranged for me to have an Electrical Installation Condition Report undertaken for a house I am purchasing. The survey was arranged quickly and the report was provided soon after. I had to check on a couple of things and the team provided helpful information to enable me to progress and also provided an additional quote for a full rewire. The cost of having the report undertaken was competitive. I will use Aspire for the rewire once I have purchased the house.

  Excellent work, professsional, great service

  Liam from Security Etc Limited did a brilliant job putting a new aerial on my father’s house in readiness for getting it on the market. Arrived when he said he would and professional with is approach. Managed to get the really old aerial off too as it didn’t want to budge – with some brute force and with the use of an axe, he managed to get good purchase on it. I would highly recommend Security Etc Limited.

  Loft conversion

  I had several conversations with John who was incredibly helpful in helping me determine whether it was feasible/cost effective to convert my loft in my 2 bed terrace into a bedroom. He was open and honest in what the work would require and also very genuine in ensuring I made the right decision, suggesting the option of moving house to gain further space. He visited my property to clarify if it was feasible, noting that it could be done but would only just meet the height requirements if I opted for a dormer conversion which would be much more expensive. I decided not to proceed.

  Replace broken Aerial

  Liam did an excellent job of replacing the broken aerial on my Dads house roof. The initial job I posted wasn't accurate as to what needed to be done so Liam provided a revised quote that was reasonable. He regularly checked with me as to what I needed to be replaced as, originally, there were 3 cables into the house. We agreed that only one of them was needed. With one of the broken aerials, it took quite a bit of effort to remove this as it was catching on something on the roof. Through Liam's persistence, he managed to pull it away & remove the damaged parts. I would recommend Liam.
