10 Loft flooring & hatch

Communication from initial contact to quote then work carried out was professional & friendly. There were no hidden costs, and they explained everything in detail. They created a new, larger hatch in a safe place for me, with a fixed ladder & light. Also boarded half of my loft space for storage. After work completion, stair light wouldn’t work anymore, TV aerial cable was left stuck under the new flooring and they took our working aerial instead of old aerial to the skip. Paid £100 for the removal of old flooring etc into a private account instead of the rest into the company’s account. First, company admitted liability and asking me for an estimation for a replacement aerial before taking my bank details. However, after I bought a new aerial, they never paid or replied to any of my texts or calls. The only thing they fixed was the light. 0 Unacceptable price gouging

Was booked in to have my loft boarding, they rescheduled once, then 2 days before the work was due to start they tried to jack the price up by over £1000.
