John was friendly, knowledgable and gave me great peace of mind over a property purchase. Obviously very experienced and has helped me avoid some pointless cost. I had several conversations with John who was incredibly helpful in helping me determine whether it was feasible/cost effective to convert my loft in my 2 bed terrace into a bedroom. He was open and honest in what the work would require and also very genuine in ensuring I made the right decision, suggesting the option of moving house to gain further space. He visited my property to clarify if it was feasible, noting that it could be done but would only just meet the height requirements if I opted for a dormer conversion which would be much more expensive.
