  Bert and his team has done a great job. The team was very respectful and hard working. Bert’s communication is top notch and always available. We received several quotes from other landscapers and Bert has offered the most competitive price. I would just say make sure you outline all the jobs clearly with price as we had unexpected additions to the quote as we didnt know we had a manhole and drains where the new patio is going aswell as additions for some stump removals and slight amendment with concrete base size. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with the job. Thank you Bert and team!

  We cannot recommend True Landscaping highly enough. Our garden had been neglected for several years, and we simply did not know where to begin in creating a space that would be both beautiful and easy to maintain for our family. From the very start, Bert was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and creative. He came to assess the space and drew up a thoughtful design that included a manageable patch of grass and low-maintenance flowerbeds that perfectly suited our needs.   Bert was super quick to respond to my initial enquiry. He was round the next day to give us a free quotation and then started a few days later. Great communication from start to finish. All our requests catered for and him & his team actually went over and above to sort some other issues in our garden. They finished the whole job to a high standard in only one day. We can’t believe the difference and so happy with what they’ve done. We will certainly be using Bert & his team for other work in the near future! Highly recommend!

  Channel drains installed on shared driveway

  I hired Bert to install a 5m channel drain to fix flooding, but the work hasn't resolved the issue. The channels weren't properly connected, with messy silicone and concrete used as a quick fix. Joints in the channels have large gaps filled with concrete, and other parts have cracked and lifted. Water still pools due to poor fall. There is damage to my drive and my neighbour's side. Only 4m was installed, yet the price was increased and VAT was added without a supplied VAT number. When questioned he removed the extra charges on condition I paid his personal account. He is unwilling to return.
