    Highly professional and knowledgeable team. Excellent communication and responsiveness to requests and updates on an individual basis. Extremely happy with the Softflow installation and results. Our water is now soft, purified and healthy to both our outward and inward health. Not to mention reduced need for extensive cleaning and use of related products.

    First Class Service from a 2nd generation family business

    What an absolute pleasure to have Softflow Water Softeners install my TwinTec Cobalt water softener. Ben and Matt are extremely knowledgeable, and as a second-generation family business their expertise really shows. Ben explained the installation and how the softener works, even replacing my broken stopcock and a tile that had to be removed during the job. The office staff are also friendly, helpful and followed up after installation to check everything was working well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Softflow – first-class service from start to finish.

    Following initial discussions the water softener was installed within a week. The staff were very professional and friendly, They worked fast and left the site very clean. The water softener is very efficient and quiet. Highly recommended

    Local company with the personal, family touch

    We are considering renovating our bathrooms and in discussion with the builder it was suggested we should consider a water softener, as we have a lot of limescale. Did a quick google search for a local company to fit a Harvey mini curve, and Softflow were well recommended. Mathew came out did a survey, gave a price on the spot and a fitting date. Very pleased to date, so much nicer having a shower with soft water. We did have a minor problem with the App, Softflow came out next day and sorted it out. Great service, nice people to deal with, wish all companies were like this.

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.

We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex

Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.

We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.

I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.

This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
