    Excellent service from start to finish

    I recently had a soft water system installed by Softflow Essex Ltd and I am very happy with the service provided. The team - Matt and Dan were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. The installation was carried out neatly and to a high standard, and the system works exactly as expected.     Excellent service from start to finish. Customer service was friendly and helpful, the engineer was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. Installation was neat and hassle free.     Excellent plumbing

    We have installed a water softener with the company. I think they have done an excellent job in the plumbing. They have rerouted the pipes in order to fit the softener in the cupboard and also installed a hard water tap for our garden. A month plus went in, no issues so far.

    Great work, great product

    Installed a water softener and tap filter. Great communication. Turned up on time and did exactly what they said they would. Let under the sink tidier than they found it (the plumbing was a mess before). Product works, have no more hard water issues. The new filtered water also tastes great.

    Great service from Matthew coming out to give us a quote all the way through to fitting. The fitter was extremely tidy and was able to accommodate our request for the softener to be fitted in an adjacent garage. Excellent service and product.

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.

We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex

Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.

We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.

I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.

This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
