    The entire experience was excellent—from the initial quote and clear communication to book the on-site assessment, through to the installation and after-sales support. The water softener works exceptionally well; we noticed a difference in water hardness within just a few days. It’s also easy to top up and maintain. We’re very pleased with our decision to have it installed.

    Renewed our water softener for the newer upgraded version. Our previous one was also from the company and so pleased with it that I was definitely happy to use this company again. Everything is done with the customer in mind - booking consultations, visits, installations is all made very easy and they work with you. Even the salt ordering is easy and hassle free to do. I would recommend this family run business to anyone.

    Installation of water softener

    This company provided an excellent service from the first telephone call to commissioning of the water softener, a great team who are clearly committed to customer service. We have a small kitchen and believed that it was not possible to install a water softener, how wrong we were, the kit was installed neatly in a space under the kitchen sink. Within a couple of weeks we could see and feel the difference in the water, less soap needed and a no marks left by hard water on taps. I recommend Softflow Water Softeners.

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.

We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex

Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.

We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.

I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.

This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
