    Had a water softener for years, then moved. Didn’t realise how much I needed it. Had another installed from softflow, 2nd time I have used them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Service is 10/10, lovely friendly people. Very pleased.

    Very professional company turned up on time and worked carried out to very high standard with pipe work being reconfigured to give us maximum space for storage under sink .Extremely pleased with the work and follow up customer service checking that everything is ok .

    We have been delighted with the service that we’ve received from SoftFlow Essex. They are very professional and attended our home to give us a quote. A few weeks later the installation was completed and it has been absolutely the best thing we have done in the house. Wish we’d done it sooner and SoftFlow have been excellent.

We are water softener installers and salt supplies to domestic homes in the Essex/Hertfordshire area and have been in business since 1987.

We are the leading water softener supplier, located in the heart of Essex

Softflow is a family run business with myself, Matt and my brother Ben running the company.

We took over from our Mother and Father over 15 years ago, now employing extra staff to provide the best customer care possible.

I have been installing and servicing water softeners all my working life and believe that treating customers like I would like to be treated is the key.

This includes honesty, fairness and a caring attitude and it would be brilliant if you could recommend us to your family and friends so we can present these qualities to them also.
