  Annual boiler service

  Abul answered my enquiry really quickly and followed up with a call straight away. I really liked this personal touch. His was the best quote too. He was able to fit me in a couple of days later and turned up when he said he would, keeping me informed of his arrival time. The job was completed thoroughly in a friendly manner. He even didn’t mind my crazy dogs! I can definitely recommend!

  Kitchen appliances needed plumbing in properly

  Leak under kitchen sink from where we’d tried to plumb back in dishwasher and washing machine; I’d also not realised how bad the tap was leaking through. Si came at short notice and in the snow! Tried to plumb back in as requested, but turns out we’d damaged the threads of the plastic piping. He priced up to replace for metal pipes and also to replace the tap. Really reasonable, fair and transparent pricing. He came back two days later as agreed, did a really neat job and left it spotless. Si is a really genuine, polite, trustworthy guy. My go to plumber from now on! Thank you!

  Replacing kitchen floor

  Matt did an amazing job of fitting my new kitchen floor from start to finish. From contacting me directly to arrange the quote as soon as he’d replied to my check a trade post, to liaising with me over which flooring and accessories to get (he could have supplied for me but I’d decided to get it in myself). On the day he kept me informed of his ETA, then he worked tirelessly to get the job done. He was so polite and respectful, for example asking permission to play music as he knew I was WFH in the next room. Such a friendly guy, and very skilled. The floor looks amazing! Thanks Matt!
