Don’t move appliances before they arrive…

Unfortunately work was not completed which was very disappointing and stressful as we were asked to move our appliances before coming! Cancelled on Saturday a few hours before coming due to family issues obviously that happens, but lack of communication when he’s next available to do this. Was left without washing machine and fridge etc, still waiting for a reply now…

Laying laminate flooring in living room

Very quick to communicate when I advertised the job. Showed up at agreed time and done an amazing job laying the laminate floor. Overall very happy with the experience of dealing with BPR flooring. Would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Thank you for doing a great job at a very reasonable price.

Previous carpet was removed and wooden flooring was added.

Matthew did a really great job and had removed a previous carpet that was in the bedroom. Wooden floor was added and the floor was laminated for us. Very friendly individual who got the job done nice and neat. Would definitely recommend.

Matt quoted for the work very quickly and we agreed a date. Unfortunately he became unwell and had to postpone. However, he communicated very well and when he was better agreed a date and came on that day. Carried out what I would consider a tricky job very well and we are pleased with the work. Matt is also very pleasant. Would use his services again.
