I’d been let down by the first plumber who contacted us, so I got in touch with Si. He was professional from the start, confirmed time to visit and arrived as expected. Completed the work quickly, and tidied away. The whole process was easy and I am really pleased, would highly recommend and would use again !

Brilliant communication, I was anxious as I’d been let down with another tradesman found on here, really quick, efficient and pleasant, even made paying easy with a QR code , would absolutely recommend, no job too small kind of company, very pleased with their service, will use again if required. Very easy to deal with and the job was quoted and agreed all over the chat on the app. (This made it very easy as I’m in work most of the day so can’t take calls easily). The job was completed on the agreed day and the plumber was friendly and professional which makes all difference. Thank you. Would definitely use again in the future.

Great communication. Good price. Simon swapped out our recently installed toilet (part of a complete refurb) which was too low and replaced to a comfort height one. Bit of a tricky job but Simon tackled it and won. Extremely polite. Respectful and left the work area clean and tidy. You wouldn’t know he had been except the toilet looks higher !!!
