  The problem was not mentioned in the machine's handbook nor was the error code that Sean identified. He found the problem, fully tested that all was in order. He was polite and knowledgeable and I would use his services again.

  Sean arrived promptly. Did the diagnostics to identify the error code. This code is not shown in the instruction manual. Fortunately, no repair work was needed as the problem was 'unbalanced load' - a single lightweight sweater! Having tested that all was in order he charged me £45. Thoroughly recommend him. Very pleasant, too.
