    I contacted Total Appliance Repair when our tumble dryer started making a rather interesting squeaking noise. The response via check-a-trade was a phone call from a real person (I don't like the automated responses!) A short professional conversation led to a call out the following day, were the engineer arrived, diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it there and then. Job done. A fast efficient and friendly service. Thanks.

    Having issues with our older Miele washing machine we contacted Total Appliance Repair to investigate the option of a repair. They came back to us and advised on cost which made it clearly uneconomic. Total Appliance were able to offer a very good deal ona Bosch replacement and after visiting their premises we agreed and the new machine was delivered and installed the next day. Very helpful, knowledgeable and super efficient service.

    Very happy

    Defect wrongly diagnosed and component fitted in error. However, TAR recognised this and came back to install correct component (free of charge) and its now working correctly. Special mention to Martin for his great service and good, friendly approach.
