  Good communication, pleasant easy to get on with installation team. Hard working and tidied up. Pleased with loft rafter insulation work carried out in tricky old loft space. Would recommend.

  An update to a review of the new roof & replacement tongue & groove wall to a garage from Feb 2025. The work has developed defects especially the T&G walls opening at the seams as not interlocked, the guttering being unsecured & overflowing, poor finishing of gable and corners etc. GRS seem to work outside their area of competence, with a casual and cavalier approach to their work and a lack of care. Efforts to contact them direct & via Checkatrade to honour their 15 year guarantee have got no response. They do not honour their contract. Please exercise caution as they are pleasant guys but...

  Replace garage roof and part of two tongue & groove sidewalls

  Pleasant team easy to get on with. Roof seems sound and far better than before. A few discrepancies from agreed work regarding overhang to gable and minor finish issues which I am monitoring. The replaced tongue and groove on one face and part of another is mainly okay but several panels have partly sprung along with facia so am monitoring.

  Prompt response, good communication from office. Engineer Cody arrived on time, very easy to talk to, diligent & thorough investigation, honest assessment of situation. As no simple solution appeared due to our inability to locate sewer drain despite every effort Cody left a quote for a possible alternative route for me to consider. Would happily have Cody back to resolve the blocked drain issue.

  Fence repair/replacement

  Boris arrived at the agreed time to estimate the work. He appeared a diligent and knowledgably tradesperson and I would likely have employed him to do the work however my neighbour had already arranged for the work to be done so it proved unnecessary.
