  Richard contacted us quickly and arranged to visit us earlier today. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable of the problem and how to resolve it. Very happy with Richard and the work done.

  To replace a shower cartridge.

  Jack diagnosed the problem quickly, & advised me of the replacement part he needed. The part arrived next day and Jack returned to fit the new part. He was a polite and friendly young man. I’ll definitely book him again.
