  Jack diagnosed the problem quickly, & advised me of the replacement part he needed. The part arrived next day and Jack returned to fit the new part. He was a polite and friendly young man. I’ll definitely book him again.

  Fitting non-return valve to washing machine inlet

  Responded to job post very quickly suggesting what the problem might be and as they were local offering to call on the next morning. Arrived promptly and agreed to source the appropriate part and return in the afternoon. Later apologised for change and rearranged job for next day. Arrived as arranged, worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job. Everything tidied up afterwards. Adam and his son were both very friendly and professional in their approach to the job and said that if the problem was not fixed to get in touch with them again.

  Boiler broke down, Ecoden came out within a couple of days. Gave me a breakdown of what was needed.
