Seemed very keen. Full of suggestions and promised a quote within the hour. This didn’t arrive. After two or three days I rang them and was told they couldn’t do the job. I asked why he’d changed his mind. Eventually I was given a story that they’d thought I was a different “Sue” and quoted silly money, in the thousands. Job location: DH6Awful experience, agreed a price, was told work was delayed then when they finally came out they said I had been given the wrong quote and they couldn't even do the job, completely wasted my time. Thankfully another company did the work and for cheaper and did a great job but no thanks to this company.
