  Toilet flush running constantly

  RAW were courteous, prompt. They explained the costs pre visit and after examining the actual unit the toilet had a concealed cartridge. Therefore a different fix was needed. Very happy with the work and advice given

  I had an issue with my toilet which wouldn’t stop running after flushing. It was dealt with professionally and I wasn’t over charged. There was a fix put in place with a view that this might need further work in the future due to our water quality. Overall I felt as though I could trust what was being told and the work performed

  Next Level really are Next Level!

  Next Level were not recommended to me, I actually found them through Checkatrade. As soon as Tony walked through the door, I trusted him. The works included a large rear extension, garden landscape and a new kitchen. He has gone out of his way to help us in every step of the process including bringing samples of various materials used. The team were courteous, friendly and helpful and now the works are completed I genuinely miss having them here. Nothing was too much trouble as access was an issue I cannot thank them enough and would recommend anyone to use them whatever the size of project.
