  Awful job kept my money and wouldn’t come back and finish the job

  Charged me and didn’t even clear my drains, won’t return my calls and now because they’ve been paid won’t come back out and fix it. Terrible work and trrrible customer service

  Tried to swindle my elderly mother out of hundreds avoid!!!

  Inflated quote once they started the work for my elderly mother said it was fixed what a load of rubbish stay clear of these.

  Avoid this company cost me thousands!!!

  If I could rate this company zero then it would be zero, after paying them £8000 and having drainage works done for a new build house Iv had to have them out to find out all the drainage works done has to be ripped out and started again, the words of there own employee who came to investigate the problem, this company has done nothing but ignore my concerns and fob me off with excuse after excuse, they came 3 seperate times for a few hours to tell me they have an emergency and have to leave, and now I’m being told they want to do an internal review and I have to wait 7days whilst they do this,

  We are disappointed to read this review as it omits key facts. The drainage works were completed approximately 10 months ago and were inspected and signed off by the local water authority. Since then, the customer has constructed an entire new house, including foundations. We advised on the correct construction sequence, but this was not followed. We have attended site to investigate the concerns raised and hold evidence that the drainage was installed correctly. We are continuing our review and remain willing to discuss the matter professionally.

  I can’t recommend RAW enough, and I’m more than happy to use them again! To explain, we had a water leak coming through the ceiling in our kitchen. We contacted RAW, and they came out the next day to assess the situation and offer some helpful advice. It looked like the leak was coming from the bathroom wastewater outlet. RAW provided us with a quote and returned the following day to take care of the issue. Unfortunately, after completing the work, the water leak was still there. But RAW was quick to return and determined the real cause. Once they identified it, the fix was immediate.

  Great Service

  My job was posted at 2.30pm and this Company contacted me, within minutes. They listened to my problem, offered to send out a plumber at 8.30am the next morning, which I accepted. The plumber arrived on time was cheerful and courteous assessed , what was needed, went off to get parts and then the job was completed before 9.30am. I was pleased, relieved and most of all astonished at how little it cost . I will definitely use this company and Checkatrade again.
