    Prompt and efficient service

    RAW Services phoned me first thing the morning after my request. Job wasn't classed as urgent but needed asap due to my disability. Plumber arrived in just over an hour. Polite, helpful and efficient. Problem resolved within the hour. A short time later I received, by email, a report on the problem, with photos, to give to my managing agents. An all round excellent service.

    Replacement of old leaking copper water tank.

    Received a call from the office within minutes on a Saturday afternoon who agreed to call first thing Monday to quote.Megan text first thing to advise engineer was free to do job that afternoon. Mark called and agreed to come earlier. Diagnosed the problem and suggested options. Agreed to replace with small unvented water heater and even improved water pressure which was awful for 30 years. Excellent service, clean & tidy. Highly Recommeded.

    Returned from holiday to no heating or hot water. Boiler problem assessed and explained in one day. New boiler required, provded and installed all very promptly and hassle free with all nessesary paperwork provded.

    RAW was the first company to contact me for this job. Communication was very straightforward and clear. Mark carried out a thorough assessment of the problem, was able to source the parts needed to fix it at short notice, and had the whole thing re-sealed with a fresh donut installed within an hour.
