  Replacement of old leaking copper water tank.

  Received a call from the office within minutes on a Saturday afternoon who agreed to call first thing Monday to quote.Megan text first thing to advise engineer was free to do job that afternoon. Mark called and agreed to come earlier. Diagnosed the problem and suggested options. Agreed to replace with small unvented water heater and even improved water pressure which was awful for 30 years. Excellent service, clean & tidy. Highly Recommeded.

  First Class Boiler Solution

  Returned from holiday to no heating or hot water. Boiler problem assessed and explained in one day. New boiler required, provded and installed all very promptly and hassle free with all nessesary paperwork provded.

  RAW was the first company to contact me for this job. Communication was very straightforward and clear. Mark carried out a thorough assessment of the problem, was able to source the parts needed to fix it at short notice, and had the whole thing re-sealed with a fresh donut installed within an hour.

  Toilet flush running constantly

  RAW were courteous, prompt. They explained the costs pre visit and after examining the actual unit the toilet had a concealed cartridge. Therefore a different fix was needed. Very happy with the work and advice given

  The team turned up on time no fuss straight onto the job in hand a lovely team of men explained what they were doing no disruption to our daily life the work they carried out was excellent cleaned up and removed any surplus material I can say that they are the best traidsmen I have used since moving into my property I cannot rate them to highly as they were perfect a very pleased customer if you have drainage issues these are the guys you will not be disappointed.

  I had an issue with my toilet which wouldn’t stop running after flushing. It was dealt with professionally and I wasn’t over charged. There was a fix put in place with a view that this might need further work in the future due to our water quality. Overall I felt as though I could trust what was being told and the work performed
