  Excellent plumbing advice and workmanship

  From advice, planning and execution the service provided by Crouchers was second to none. Our bathroom was converted to a shower room and the room retiled. Gary’s workmanship and attention to detail was superb. He kept us informed throughout the work and offered suggestions for changes that became apparent once the work had started. The work area was always left neat and tidy. We have used Crouchers several times in the past and never been disappointed by the quality of work and knowledgeable advice offered.

  Excellent service from start to finish. The communication to get an appointment booked was really clear, the plumber on the day was friendly, professional and so tidy, the aftercare and communication regarding payment was also really clear.   We were visited by Tim for the purpose of quoting us for a new lavatory, wall tiles and floor tiles. Everything was clearly explained to us and Tim was also helpful with making some suggestions. All subsequent communication was good and we were then booked in for the job. The work was done by Ben, who was very understanding of our needs and very helpful. It was nice to have someone like Ben do the work for us, who genuinely cares for the customer. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the work and we are very happy to recommend Crouchers.

  Excellent service and work at fair price

  Tim Croucher visited to see the problem and prepare an estimate which was sent swiftly with a very detailed breakdown of the work involved. On the day, the engineer arrived early and was polite and charming. He knew what to do and worked at it efficiently. He was respectful of our furnishings etc and, on completion and testing of the gas pipe, he restored everything back so that you would not know he had been. The invoice matched the estimate and was paid with our thanks for the excellent service.
