  We were visited by Tim for the purpose of quoting us for a new lavatory, wall tiles and floor tiles. Everything was clearly explained to us and Tim was also helpful with making some suggestions. All subsequent communication was good and we were then booked in for the job. The work was done by Ben, who was very understanding of our needs and very helpful. It was nice to have someone like Ben do the work for us, who genuinely cares for the customer. We were extremely happy with the outcome of the work and we are very happy to recommend Crouchers.

  Excellent service and work at fair price

  Tim Croucher visited to see the problem and prepare an estimate which was sent swiftly with a very detailed breakdown of the work involved. On the day, the engineer arrived early and was polite and charming. He knew what to do and worked at it efficiently. He was respectful of our furnishings etc and, on completion and testing of the gas pipe, he restored everything back so that you would not know he had been. The invoice matched the estimate and was paid with our thanks for the excellent service.

  I have used Crouchers for a number of years. They fitted and maintained my boiler and amonst other work recently replaced a shower unit. Very reliable company, quick to respond and do a tidy job. Their engineers are particular pleasant and very efficient.

  I used crouchers on the recommendation of a work colleague. The job was the removal of an electric shower and replacement with a tank fed one as well as a new extractor and the replacement of some bath taps. Initial contact over the phone was quick and pleasant (no dreadful hold music). Couple of days later had a visit to view options and expectations, lots of helpful advice was given and the job was agreed on. Dates booked for installation; all works to be carried out were sent to me in an itemised invoice. The installation was booked for two days. Electrician came first and removed old show

  Identifying Leak

  Absolutely brilliant. Incredibly professional and punctual. Conducted a thorough investigation regarding a bath leak. Issue noted and rectified. As a first time user of this firm I had (unfounded) reservations, but now I wish I'd discovered them sooner! Top class.
