  Very quick & efficient service

  I posted the job, heard from this company & had the work done within an hour & a half. On a Sunday! He was very quick, clean & tidy, explained what was needed, fetched bits straight from his van and got straight to work. I'd been putting off having the work done as it was quite a small job (a dripping outside tap & a replacement kitchen tap) and waiting about for tradesmen to call is often quite disruptive. I wish I'd know sooner just how quick & easy it would be.

  Fixed a light, a socket & installed new double sockets to replace singles.

  Arrived on time and got to work quickly and cleanly. Did exactly what he'd promised and left me with just a bit of rubbing-down & painting to do where the new, bigger sockets had been fitted. Within 48 hours you'd never know that the work had been done. Brilliant job.

  Tracing & fixing a leak in the bathroom

  They arrived quickly and found the source of the leak was failed sealant & grout around the shower. There was also a problem with the bath overflow. They quoted for a complete re-grout & re-seal of the bathroom so that it looks almost brand new. Also fitted a new overflow & waste to the bath and a new waste for the basin which had started to disintegrate. All the work was carried out quickly (started the same afternoon I posted it & finished by lunchtime the following day) and when there was a slight delay on the 2nd day I was kept informed.

  Boiler repair

  Arrived as promised & diagnosed the problem. Left me with a safe & partially working boiler overnight so I had hot water. Arrived early today (but called to warn me). Fixed the problem within an hour so I have heating again. Explained everything, gave me a cost up front. Very polite, clean & tidy worker. Very happy customer.
