  When I posted job I specified only experience Airflow Icon 60 Wall mounted extractor fan .DHM came said "Oh, it's round" I should have sent him on his way then. New fan was already in situ just needed connecting correctly. I explained pull cord module on replacement wasn't correct. He couldn't fix and ignored my repeated info re module.he managed to get iris to open but not close. "It's broken I'll take you to wholesaler to buy new one" "No- I paid over £100 for this." "Return it to Airflow" Despair.he then phones AirflowSupport. 2mins later module secure iris works. Charge £90 gave£20back

  External socket

  I needed an external socket fitting with a spur taken from an existing internal socket. The boss of DHM is very easy to work with, very clear in his communication, very reliable, very efficient, and very tidy. Without it even being mentioned, he chipped a channel for the wiring and made good rather than leaving trunking visible on an internal wall.

  Security Light and bathroom fan

  Replied promptly and arranged call for quote. Electrician arrived on time and quickly established what was required, giving very good quote. Job completed the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  Fixed a light, a socket & installed new double sockets to replace singles.

  Arrived on time and got to work quickly and cleanly. Did exactly what he'd promised and left me with just a bit of rubbing-down & painting to do where the new, bigger sockets had been fitted. Within 48 hours you'd never know that the work had been done. Brilliant job.
