  Unprofessional and changing price

  I booked this company but they did not fulfil the job. They asked me to send video footage of the house to be cleaned, which I did, and they asked for more money than previously quoted. We agreed on a price & job booked. On the day, they sub-contracted & the cleaning team (2) arrived an hour late & then proceeded to make excuses for what they could or could not do. I explained what I had asked for and been promised and they indicated they could do this. I left them. I was contacted & asked to pay over double. Refused. they left the house unlocked, luckily I arrived as leaving. Unprofessional.

  Jen was friendly and professional. She cleared my late mum's house and garden in a day. Her price for the job seemed reasonable and we would be very happy to recommend. We would hire again.

  Replacement of fuseboard

  Scott was friendly and professional. He installed a new fuseboard for us in a day and we received the certification a week later. The price he charged seemed reasonable and we are happy to recommend. We would hire for future electrical jobs.

  Disappointing and time wasting experience. Would not recommend.

  Disappointing & time wasting experience. We have a leaking shower. The first plumber sent was rude, argumentative and left without fixing the leak. We complained and they offered to send another plumber. This plumber was personable and polite but did not utilise any tools and left saying they would need to quote to complete the job. They charged £140. However, I was not too worried as I thought they would return to actually do the job. Today I received an email saying the only person they could send would be the rude and argumentative first plumber and so would not quote to complete the job.

  Installing two radiators

  Although he did not arrive at expected time due to an emergency callout, he kept us apprised of his probable ETA. He was professional and cleaned up after he had installed two radiators. A week on and all appears to be well so am happy with his work and the price he quoted was reasonable. I would employ again for future work and am happy to recommend.
