  Boiler service investigate noise

  We had a visit by Winfield today for a service and to investigate noise on boiler. This person is a credit to the company, he done a thorough job on boiler even checking the gas meter, sorted noise tap turned of on header tank in loft. Job took longer than expected because I was asking so many questions and even drew a diagram of how system works piece of art. Thanks for that Winfield. A top man who knows his job and a jewel for the company you have gained a customer . Thanks Ray

  Service my daughters boiler and check carbon monoxide alarms etc.

  Winfield Gordon was a pleasure to have in the house. Courteous, respectful - especially as this is a “no outdoor shoes in house” house. Went to lengths to help. Also has a good sense of humour. When he called to say he was on the way over I ended the conversation as I would to a family member. I was mortified. He played along and put me at my ease Clean worker. No unnecessary mess left behind. Highly recommended.

  I had the pleasure of working with JPS. Both their engineers Scott and Chris communicated well, were prompt and very competent. I could not recommend JPS more highly 10/10

  The boiler in the kitchen leaking over solid wood worktop

  Matt, the engineer turned up on time, identified the problem after 5 minutes previously I had three engineers from different companies and none had stopped a leak I am now a satisfied customer and would use JPS again, no question

  Cannot fault an excellent experience

  Excellent service from these guys, proper organised with engineer visit reminders and technical details simply explained. Both engineers were highly trained and knew the latest regulations, and got on with the day-long boiler change and radiator install quickly and efficiently. This is a very well run company and it was so refreshing to get rapid communication and a date in the diary within a week to change our failing boiler. I've think this might be the first time we've actually had a lovely warm home!

  Investigated and fixed a temperature problem with our boiler, and completed a Service

  I recently had the pleasure of having Matt fix my boiler, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Matt was incredibly professional from start to finish. He diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in no time. His efficiency and expertise were truly impressive. I highly recommend Matt for any boiler repairs – he is a true professional.
