Disappointing & time wasting experience. We have a leaking shower. The first plumber sent was rude, argumentative and left without fixing the leak. We complained and they offered to send another plumber. This plumber was personable and polite but did not utilise any tools and left saying they would need to quote to complete the job. They charged £140. However, I was not too worried as I thought they would return to actually do the job. Today I received an email saying the only person they could send would be the rude and argumentative first plumber and so would not quote to complete the job.Verified reviewerJob location: SP10
