  Prompt response to boiler problems; New combi boiler sourced and fitted.

  Our ageing combi Biasi boiler yet again went on the blink so called The Gas Guru who swung by to diagnose the issue. It was fixable but the spare parts were very expensive. Matt suggested that it would be better in the long run to replace the boiler with a modern one, which came with a 10-year guarantee. The price was acceptable and the work was carried out six days later; it took just 4 hours to complete. We no longer dread the possibility of a boiler conk-out in winter!

  Error Code F12 on Hotpoint Washing Machine

  Sean attended promptly as mutually agreed and carried out diagnostics on our non-functioning washing machine. It turned out that the machine was more seriously broken than originally thought and that it would not be economically viable to have it repaired. Sean advised us to consider purchasing a new machine.
