    Matt knew exactly what he was doing. So do I but health reasons and age prevent me from grovelling about underneath boilers. Turned out to be an irritating and tricky job. Matt dealt with it and came back to check on it the following day when he didn’t have to.

    Prompt response to boiler problems; New combi boiler sourced and fitted.

    Our ageing combi Biasi boiler yet again went on the blink so called The Gas Guru who swung by to diagnose the issue. It was fixable but the spare parts were very expensive. Matt suggested that it would be better in the long run to replace the boiler with a modern one, which came with a 10-year guarantee. The price was acceptable and the work was carried out six days later; it took just 4 hours to complete. We no longer dread the possibility of a boiler conk-out in winter!

    I placed this job on check a trade and Matt replied . As soon as he did the job date was agreed and with a fair price. He turned up when he said he would and kept me up to date throughout the job. Top bloke , would highly recommend. Thanks Matt

    New boiler fitted after old boiler packed up

    Matt responded very quickly to initial call Fan broken 17 yr old boiler in tight location - almost impossible to work on. Discussed options. Decided new boiler needed. After deliberating Matt explained exactly how he would relocate boiler with a bit of creative thinking and gave me quote. He got boiler working with WD40 (24hrs more) and allowed me to get more quotes Matt able to fit boiler at short notice on a Saturday. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Meant to return Monday to fit thermostat. Did not return until Thursday. No problem - kept clear communication. Definitely recommend
