  Matt was very thorough and investigated the issue fully and wasn’t happy to carry out any work until fully satisfied he had found the root cause of the issue!! Once found quickly replaced parts professionally and a great guy to deal with!!

  Boiler service and fix, swift response and a fair price.

  I needed a boiler service and new vessel fitting, contacted Matt and he responded straight away, it wasn't an urgent job but Matt came round the same week, he gave us a very fair price, he was really friendly and easy to talk to, he brought the parts with him, explained what he was doing and fixed the boiler within an hour, I would highly recommend him, thanks Matt 😊

He sets out the options clearly to the customer and proves himself trustworthy by making lower cost options available as genuine contenders for the presenting problem. He holds himself to high standards, surveying the whole system before setting out potential solutions. He understands the importance of discussing cost implications with the customer.
