  removed an old radiator and installed a new one

  friendly and professional. cut through electrics by accident whilst undertaking the work and that caused some temporary issues but they fixed it all. left channeling exposed, it would be good for a tradesperson to complete the job, but in fairness they had said they won't be able to plaster up and finish the cosmetic work. work was completed on time and they tidied up as much as possible before leaving. cost is slightly higher but they had availability. have used again since.

  Consumer Unit battery replaced and reprogramming

  needed to replace a battery in the main consumer unit and reprogram the system with new codes with full explanation of how to use it effectively
