  Got a quote off Ashley, he turned up to give quote as arranged, bang on time. Job arranged and completed to the highest of standards in a day, very polite, punctual, clean, honest.. Can't ask for more. Very impressed all done in a day with no fuss or drama. Comms were great via txt and email.... No rubbish left, absolutely spot on

  From the first contact, Nelson Plumbing and Heating were very professional. They arrived on time and communicated clearly throughout. The installer, Turrell, was especially impressive—professional, courteous, and highly skilled. He did an excellent job removing the old radiator and fitting the new one. Turrell worked diligently all day without taking any breaks and made sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. He also checked that we were completely satisfied with the work before finishing. We found Nelson Plumbing and Heating through Checkatrade and will definitely be using them again.

  Absolutely outstanding service from Nelson Plumbing & Heating. They helped us with a tricky wall-hung toilet replacement, including the removal of a unit with completely rounded fixings. The work was done with great care, precision, and professionalism — no damage to the surrounding tiles and everything installed perfectly first time. Friendly, reliable, and clearly experienced.
