  Boiler flue relocation due to having a new conservatory built.

  The engineer arrived on time. As the relocation of the boiler flue was not straight forward due to obstructions and having to meet gas regulations the engineer used his experience to complete the job to a high standard. The work was carried out professionally to a high standard. The price quoted was the price paid with no hidden charges.

  Fabulous, honest gas/heating engineers

  Initially I booked a standard boiler service for both our boilers. Ryan came and tested the system and found there was a gas leak on one of the supplies. He figured out where the leak was and isolated the supply,0 so that we weren't left without heating/hot water in our home. He reviewed both systems and made recommendations for remedial work to bring them up to standard and make them safe. At every point he made sure to explain everything to us in a way we could understand. He also completed the remedial work. I honestly couldn't ask for a more honest company, I will definitely use them again

  The team at Nelson Plumbing were proactive, punctual, and polite. They talked me through what was happening, tidied up nicely afterwards, and did great jobs on setting up the new boiler and shower.
