  My boiler was serviced by Nelson Plumbing and Heating. The person was punctual and polite and gave a clear explanation where necessary. Will definitely contact them again for my next service. They also serviced my Mum's boiler and gas fire with the same good service.

  I had a great experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they always arrived on time, and I’m very happy with the quality of the work. Whenever I had questions, they took the time to explain everything clearly. A special mention to Ryan, who was professional, friendly, and amazing with my German Shepherd, who was always eager to "help" him! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
