    Replacement HW vented cylinder & TRV

    Got a quote off Ashley to replace a vented HW cylinder and a TRV, which was competitive. Job was arranged within a couple of days and was completed to the highest of standards in a day. Tom & Joe were very polite, punctual, clean, and easy to talk to. Very impressed all done in a day with no fuss or complications. Comms were great via txt and email. The guys tidied up after themselves and no rubbish left, absolutely spot on! Very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend Nelson Plumbing & Heating.

    They were happy to field a series of queries from me regarding sink blockage and leaking before I went ahead with their quote, which was clear and explicit in what work would take place. The work went ahead at the appointed time and they were professional throughout. They left the work area clean and demonstrated to me the desired outcome. of the work. I am very pleased with the result, at a fixed reasonable cost, and a one year guarantee (which hopefully I will have no cause to invoke). I will be sure to contact them again in future plumbing issues.
