  Servicing an old Accenta Security System

  My old Accenta Security System was not being used but the alarm used to go off whenever there was a power interruption. I was contacted by AIS promptly and offered same day service. I was offered the option to disable completely or leave active with replacing the battery which was causing the issue. I opted to have the battery replaced. Delivered an excellent service with clear guidance of the options available to me. Explained the work being done and took time to demonstrate and test the system to my satisfaction.   I telephoned Liam and he was able to help. Within 30 mins he was at my house and had diagnosed the problem with my house alarm. He fixed the problem and replaced the faulty battery quickly. Would definitely recommend.

  My alarm system was over 20 years old and in need of a new keypad and control panel. Liam came to replace and program a new intruder alarm system, fit a fresh battery, and upgrade the old external alarm bell box to a sleek modern version with soft LED lighting that’s clearly visible at night, perfect for deterring opportunists.   Swift replacement of fault PIR/ resolution of alarm not working

  Liam attended to resolve a faulty PIR and after analysis and attempts to fix the existing PIR, it was replaced with a new one. Work completed well and to satisfaction with several checks done to ensure that the alarm was fully operational.
