  After HE chose the time he turned up 40 minutes late with no message, excuse or explanation. Was there 6 minutes and said he would have to return. Charged £85 with no offer to offset this against the work done. I have found a much better alternative.

  Alan responded quickly and came at the agreed time (having phoned 20 minutes before to confirm). Fault efficiently repaired and another small job done in the agreed price. Would use again.

  Andrew was brilliant from the start. Having been let down by several others (including some on Checkatrade, one of whom quoted twice Andrew's quote) I was 100% pleased. He responded immediately, was punctual, polite and made a superb job of everything I asked for. Absolutely no negative comments whatsoever!

  Same day service. Polite, pleasant and on time Lee quickly diagnosed the problem and advised me not to fill it so full!! Offered reduction in labour costs for a second visit if this did not cure it. Would recommend and use again.

  Corrected several faults on computer

  Quick response and arrived dead on time. Full repair carried out. Computer now works like new. The only problem was being surcharged for a credit card and charged for parking. This was not mentioned on their website.

  From the very start (e-mail reply within a couple of hours) Marcelo was totally reliable.  Any delay was notified by mobile and the work was completed efficiently. So nice to find someone who turns up when they say they will!
