  Ben: not only a Dependable Plumber, one of the most dependable. (I have come across a number of good ones). I am a professional engineer with training in cabinetmaking, I may not be the easiest customer as I see potentials that are worth having. I have known Ben for many years, he is flexible, clear about availability, reasonable in price & prepared to adapt relevantly to a different specification (not too changing I hope). It is really easy to ask him "What do u think about this problem?" (I am no plumber) and he offers thoughtful suggestions. Also sensitive to neighbour/lodger requirements

  Ben was careful and courteous. I’ve used him several of times. And recommended him to other friends. Good communication and seems to recommend the right amount of work - as in I trust that his quotes are always fair. Very happy to have Ben working in my house when I’m not there too.
