  amazing from start to finish. nothing is too much and really go out of their way to provide fast and brilliant service. great advice and help. the office service is as good as the plumbing service. i am so grateful for their care and attention.

  Problem solving my central heating system

  Our central heating wasn't working. The plumber came the same day eventually tracked the problem to the thermostat controller. He came the next day and fitted a new unit. The charge was very reasonable.

  Boiler service - great job!

  Needed my boiler serviced. It was really easy to book in with Pyramids & they came the next day. Turned out to be a bigger job than expected but all was handled smoothly. Would recommend.

  Great prompt service at reasonable price

  An appointment was set up very quickly from my initial enquiry and they arrived when they said they would. No call out charge was levied and a reasonable quote was given and the work carried out straightaway and the problem with my toilet was solved. Very happy with the end result and the plumber carried out the job in a respectful manner clearing up any mess made and communicated very well and explained the issue. He was very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
