  To do a Carbon Monoxide reading on gas fire and to reconnect gas supply

  Would never use again - horrible attitude, showed disregard for my home, didn’t listen and didn’t invoice me for 2 weeks. He then sent ‘payment overdue’ invoices multiple times when it wasn’t. On the day in question I had a full boiler service and a Carbon monoxide reading for my gas fire - it was ‘zero’. I contacted TR with a request to take another CO reading and to reconnect gas supply as Smart Meter engineers disconnected due to soot traces. It took him 20 mins and he charged me £90. He promised to return and service fire but hasn’t despite me trying to contact him multiple texts, emails.

  Max did a great job, attended to every detail with precision. He very was courteous and respectful of me and my home, wore overshoes and face mask without me having to ask. As a single female this was very important and reasuring. I felt at ease with him being in my home.He cleaned all mess and did everything he could to ensure I was included in decision making and that I was happy with things. Excellent, will definitely use him again - Highly recommend.

  Conservatory roof repair - leadwork

  This was the second time I have used this company - They are brilliant in terms of value for money, reliability, quality of work and customer focus. This particular job was a remedial one as a previous installation of my conservatory roof was of poor quality. Jason and his team evaluated the problem immediately and put things right in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
