Reconnecting gas supply after CO alarm went off.

Trevor responded quickly to our emergency call after the CO monitor went off and the gas supply had to be cut off. He checked emissions were ok and reconnected the gas supply. We were relieved to have the heating working again thanks to Trevor.

Boiler repair for central heating

Our central heating broke down on the coldest weekend of the year! Trevor (TRP Heating) was the first responder able to come out on the Saturday. The fault was diagnosed, and Trevor was able to fix on a temporary basis and then return three days later with the new part, replace the faulty valve and leave the system fully working.

Our cental heating broke down on the coldest weekend of the year. Of the responders to our emergency Trevor (TRP Heating) was the first to come out on a Saturday. He was able to diagnose the faulty valve and able to come up with a temporary solution to keep the system working until he was able to get the new part and return to fix and have the boiler and system working again.

Called on a Sunday, he then came to look at the boiler Sunday evening. It needed to be replaced. He came the next day (Monday) to begin works and finished it a day later (Tuesday) I was out of the country during the works but felt completely safe leaving him in my flat to carry out the works. Tidy job.

Finding bathroom leak and fixing problem

We had a leak through the ceiling. Trevor identified the problem very quickly and stopped the leak. He then came the next day and did the repair. We were delighted since we thought the ceiling would have to come down.
