Andy was great! From our initial phone call to discuss the work to messaging about availability and booking a date. Communication was timely, clear and professional. He arrived on time, carried out the work to a high standard and made sure we were happy with the end result before leaving. He cleaned up his work space and was very friendly! The key got stuck in our front door, Andrew came out immediately was super friendly and a thoroughly decent chap, he explained everything he was doing and replaced our lock in a very short timeframe. He even gave our door mechanism a bit of a health check, costs were extremely reasonable given the speed of response. The agreed solution was implemented by him efficiently and at a price that was considerable cheaper than a replacement door.
