  Asif responded quickly and even often to attend immediately even though it was a Sunday evening. We agreed he would come out the following morning. He did a thorough check and resolved the issue for us identifying the fault and reconfiguring the circuit board.

  Came to attempt to fix washing machine and then sell and fit new one.

  Two extremely helpful engineers came out and tried to fix my washing machine, were very pleasant and only when I asked did they mention that I could buy a new one through them, no hard sell. One of the engineers even offered to fit the new one on his way home from work. Similar service when dishwasher playing up - extremely helpful and can highly recommend - great to have a company like this on our doorstep.
