  Excellent Work and Outstanding Service

  Performance Roofing and Building recently completed several jobs for us, including replastering a wall, cementing sections of our roof and bike shed, waterproofing a fence-to-wall join, sorting an electrical fan, and digging a French drain. Lee and his team were great to work with: polite, considerate, and consistently on time. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were quick to respond to questions and updates. The quality of the work was solid, and the price was very fair. Reliable tradespeople are hard to find, and I’m very happy with the outcome. I’d recommend Lee and his team

  Pitched roof repair

  Lee was brilliant throughout. He quickly briefed us on the work involved and gave a competitive price. From start to finish his communication was excellent, rearranging when the weather got in the way and always keeping us updated. He was very efficient getting the job done with minimal mess and disruption. We’re really happy with the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending his services again.

  Repair Wall tiles and clear gutter

  Lee contacted me straight away and came round to have a look at my roof which was missing some tiles. He got replacement tiles straightway and fixed them, he also cleared one of my gutters. Fantastic service and lovely personality and reasonable price. Will definitely use his services again.

  Lee was recommended by a friend who’d had her roof moss removed and treated. I was amazed at how quickly he responded, quoted and was able to then do the same job for me – and with a very pleasant manner. They also cleared up well afterwards. A satisfied customer with a moss-free roof.
