  Thorough investigation of damp issues, given advice & options, and then work efficiently completed

  Very happy we engaged DriVault, firstly to investigate our damp issues & give us advice and options, and then on receiving the report we chose the route we wanted to go down. We opted for thermal plastering in 2 rooms, which would take 2 days. Ryan and Danny arrived right on time, & were hard working, conscientious, polite, and covered all the flooring to protect everywhere they needed to walk and work. They had to take the radiators off the walls, which they were obviously very used to doing, and everything went smoothly from start to finish & gave us helpful advice before they left. Great!

  Replacement led kitchen strip light

  Jake got back to me promptly when I posted my job on check a trade. He costed the job and suggested an appropriate led strip light, and gave me a couple of options as to when he could fit it in and we agreed a day and time. On the day he was on time, did a great job, was professional, helpful and friendly, and left the area clean and tidy. Very pleased with his work and the light. Will definitely use him for any electrical jobs in the future.

  Supply and fit new over the bath shower, supply and fit new mixer tap, seal kitchen sink plughole

  Phoned the helpful office lady to see if our job could be taken on. Instructed to send over photos of present shower and mixer tap. Having answered a few questions they got back to me with appropriate replacements to choose from. Once chosen, they gave a quote and we fixed the date and time. Plumber was polite, helpful and tidied up well afterwards, and explained anything that needed explaining etc. Very pleased with the work. Will definitely use again when we need a plumber! Invoice turned out less than original quote, presumably as it was quicker to fit than expected. Great all round! Thank you!

  Redoing front garden.

  Two fir trees taken down, plus other plants and grass removed. Sleepers laid, topsoil, membrane and slate chippings put in place, and beech hedge planted. Looks very smart and we would be happy to use them again.

  Cherry tree reduction.

  Dan was extremely polite and helpful with his advice, quick to get back to me, and extremely prompt. Really pleased with his work, he really took care over the overall look of the cherry tree. A really smart job. He also removed a dying fir neatly and flush to the ground and treated it so it rots away (& even, in addition, took out a further dying specimen). He even tidied a couple of bushes slightly for me along the path before he left. He left the garden in a better condition than it was to start with! Marvellous! (He was also careful about the neighbouring gardens).

  We had 5 doors hung and 1 cupboard door specially made by Gareth to match. He was very polite and helpful as well as hardworking. We were very happy with the work and would not hesitate to recommend him.
