  Highly recommend this firm, great communication and quality work! In 2025, they refurbished my en-suite bathroom with a new shower, radiator and flooring. My house is quite old (1901) so involved quite a lot of complex pipe work in the project as it was not done correctly previously. Mark came up with the visualisation on how it could look and the final result has exceeded my expectations. The team were reliable, friendly and communicative. My go to plumber since then!

  Excellent Service from company & George Backalic

  We had George, he arrived to refit a radiator in my home and was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He turned up promptly, was polite throughout, and carried himself with real professionalism. The job was completed quickly, neatly, and with clear attention to detail.   painful experience

  two visits to install a new stopcock and a water filter, installed the filter incorrectly and couldn't change the stopcock on the first visit. Came back to fix the water filter and replace the stopcock, left when the job was finished and the kitchen and hallway were basically flooded then charged me for both visits. I wouldn't use them again.
