    Rising damp issue.

    First of all the customer service was excellent. I felt I was listened to by everyone involved throughout the whole process of dealing with the rising damp issues I had. The work was carried out efficiently and the team made sure that dust sheets and floor protection was in place. They explained what they were doing and kept me informed at every stage. They tidied up and took away the rubbish. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you.

    The damp-proofing work was very well done by Drivault and their lead operator was excellent. He explained what needed to be done, checked that was ok with us, then completed that work thoroughly and promptly. Before doing that work, he made sure everything in the room was protected with flexible plastic sheeting, and the floor well covered with impact resistant plastic sheets. This was all fully cleared away afterwards and the site left clean and tidy. Very good job done. Much appreciated.

    Everything was explained as to what was going to be done. Ryan and Dan always made sure the room was cleaned before they left, and rubbish removed. I wish I had got the problem of rising damp done sooner.. Very Happy.

    Damon and his team were incredible. We had a pretty huge rising damp problem. They were extremely knowledgable and fair priced. The work took days in the rain and never once did any of the team complain. They were always on time and extremely professional. Would 100% recommend them.

What to expect from Drivault.


From the initial point of contact your be booked in from our office for a convenient time for our surveyor to come to site and discuss the issues your having. You will then be given a full detailed findings report along with a no obligation quotation of the works that are needed to resolve the findings.


24 Hour customer support from your assigned project manager.


6 week and 12 week site follow ups to ensure the installation has worked correctly.


Technicians that are employed by Drivault and are highly skilled


Depending on the works carried out a warranty of 10 to 25 years is issued with documentation provided after the project is handed over.
