  Hired to install some subfloor telescopic air vents. Bit of a miscommunication at the start, but this was dealt with politely and quickly. Job was done swiftly within one day to a very good standard. They stayed later than they needed to to ensure that the job was done. Very friendly team at every step.

  Very quick to get back to us and arrange an inspection. Honest information about what the problem was believed to be and the best solution. Gave us the information needed to solve the problem without a big cost by helping us resolve it ourselves.

  Highly recommend if you need damp survey or damp proofing

  Very impressed with our experience of DriVault. They provided us with an affordable and accurate damps survey after being told we needed to damp proof the whole of our house by another company which was not the case. They then conducted the recommended damp proofing to a very high standard. They cleaned up after themselves very well, explained the work that had been done and communication has been great throughout.

  Woodworm problem

  I discovered woodworm in my home, and requested an assessment of the whole house to see the extent of the problem. The request was dealt with promptly. George was unexpectantly delayed, but I was kept informed about when to expect him. He was very professional as well as delightful. He assessed the problem, which wasn't as bad a I had feared, and recommended suitable treatments. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company

  Excellent company, fixed our damp problems in our bungalow

  Drivault initially surveyed the damp issue in our bungalow and we arranged for them to make good the issues we had. As with many jobs on older properties the damp issue was worse than we first thought. The Drivault team identified the problems and kept us informed, suggesting the way ahead. There was also a problem with our old wall insulation. We arranged with Drivault to have this problem sorted as well. I can’t recommend them highly enough. A thorough repair was undertaken, giving us confidence that the damp problem will not return. The team that fixed the issue were brilliant
