9.67 Damp in one of rooms, both raising and penetrating

From start to finish all the work was done quickly and professionally. Surveyor came with a bunch of equipment (not a simple humidity tester, but a probe and a thermal camera) that definitely helped to find the source of the proble. Two builders that helped me, Danny and Ryan, were punctual and effective: protected the rooms, fixed the problem, put radiator back, even leveled the walls with additional plaster, and cleaned everything. I contacted Drivault regarding problems with rising damp. The service provided was exceptional from beginning through to completion of the job. A surveyor attended initially who did a thorough investigation. I was provided with a full report. Johnny and Ronnie arrived to rectify the damp. Their service was outstanding. They were polite, considerate, professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed at every stage of the process. They left the site extremely clean and tidy. I rarely feel the need to send follow-ups to many trades, but I have been hugely impressed with DriVault. I arranged for a damp inspection due to a potential issue highlighted on a surveyors report on the property I'm selling. The engineer came earlier than booked but let me know ahead of time. His visit was swift, professional and he gave great advice on how to avoid damp issues in the future. The follow-up email was also swift, as promised, with all the detail I needed to allow me to progress with the sale process. First of all the customer service was excellent. I felt I was listened to by everyone involved throughout the whole process of dealing with the rising damp issues I had. The work was carried out efficiently and the team made sure that dust sheets and floor protection was in place. They explained what they were doing and kept me informed at every stage. You will then be given a full detailed findings report along with a no obligation quotation of the works that are needed to resolve the findings.

6 week and 12 week site follow ups to ensure the installation has worked correctly.
