  Fitting dual heating smart thermostats

  Our new build house has a dual system (upstairs and downstairs on different systems) we wanted to fit a smart thermostat so that we could control it better, save money, use less energy. Nelson responded promptly and offered to supply and fit for a competitive price. The work was undertaken within days, the engineer was very polite, conscientious and professional.   Survey carried out which identified the problems of poor ventilation.

  From the time I contacted to when the work was complete, the whole team provided a professional service. The survey highlighted problems and explained our options. Lack of ventilation was the problem and we opted to replace two bathroom fans that weren’t working and agreed to a loft vent which would sit on the landing and ventilate the whole house. The time frame from survey to completion was four weeks. All work was carried out in an efficient, professional and timely manner. The air quality in our new build home is now amazing, we cannot believe the difference it has made to our health.

  Faulty integral washing machine late Thursday night. Used checkatrade to post the job and was contacted by three people, choose the one who came back with a definite date and time. Engineer arrived on the Friday afternoon and identified the problem. We decided to buy a replacement which was delivered Sunday AM and fitted by British Appliance Group Services in the afternoon. Very pleased with the standard of work, communication with us and reliability.
