    Microwave/oven error code

    Ali came and knew straight away what the issue was due to the code. He opened up the oven to check and spotted another fault. He was very honest and shown us what the issue was. He was very polite and said he’d get a price for parts to me by 8pm. True to his word, I received the price.

    Great service

    Faulty integral washing machine late Thursday night. Used checkatrade to post the job and was contacted by three people, choose the one who came back with a definite date and time. Engineer arrived on the Friday afternoon and identified the problem. We decided to buy a replacement which was delivered Sunday AM and fitted by British Appliance Group Services in the afternoon. Very pleased with the standard of work, communication with us and reliability.
