  Window lock replaced

  The lock in our double glazed window broke & could not be closed. Shaun was fastest (& best) quote, he was easy to contact and sorted the issue, no problem. Definitely keeping his number & wouldn't hesitate to use SOS again any time.

  The lock and tracking mechanism on our bi-fold doors was defective and doors could not be locked.

  Mark was brilliant! Huge thanks for fixing our doors, explaining what the issue was and really reaching out! We had quotes for some very expensive work to fix this and had even got a complete replacement locking mechanism and other bits. Mark located the source of the problem - it was not the "huge expensive job" another company had quoted. He fixed it, did a check on all our panels, did some quick maintenance and gave us a heads-up on what to do. Problem solved, bi-folds 100% fixed for much less than another company told us. SO glad we came to Ace - thank you Mark!

  Removed a large amount of garden waste, old fencing/decking, rubble and broken fufniture

  Before we met MG Clearances, we'd had some empty promises and couple of visits from obvious fly-tippers with stupid low quotes ("cash only, no questions asked"). We had to clear the site but were also away at a family funeral. MG Clearances were AMAZING. Really professional, upfront, did a brilliant job and cleared whole area - a BIG job. Tidied up - EVEN took care of an Amazon parcel that turned up and put it to one side safely for us. THANK YOU for doing exactly what you said you would do - not always what happens sadly these days! Recommend you guys 100%, much appreciated for all your hard work.

  Andrew promised a lot - and they totally delivered on all counts! Having had bad experiences with other firms over-promising and under-delivering, with endless excuses and dispute, this was a really refreshing experience. Major work. Team were on time every day, worked solidly through. Polite, humour, knew exactly what they were doing, gave us some great feedback on what we had planned - and what they suggested was far better! We had additional stuff that needed doing - nothing was too much trouble. Definitely using these guys again. Top job thanks very much from us. Tim and Jane
