  Fire door installation

  We needed a new fire door to be installed - we found Mark to be very professional throughout the process and the quality of his work was very good. Mark provided the certificates required on completion of the work. Would highly recommend!

  Great service. I contacted Ace Windows and Doors about a window repair and they got back to me within 24 hours and their tradesman, Joe attended the next day. He was great, very personable and talked through the issue. He did not have the part required to fix it in his van but drove to Croydon that afternoon to get it, returned and fitted it in 10 minutes - thanks again!

  Bifold ‘traffic’ door not locking securely

  We called ACE as our ‘traffic’ door on our bifold doors was not locking securely. Mark conducted a virtual assessment to establish the nature of the problem. When ACE did visit we found Joe (the specialist Mark sent) to be extremely personable, engaging, knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment. When it came to fitting the new part, our bifold doors have never worked better. Joe kept us regularly informed and left things extremely neat and tidy after both visits. Joe was extremely professional, courteous and hard working. I would have no hesitation in recommending ACE to anyone.

  Replacement double glazing in timber bifold door.

  I recently needed the glass replacing in my timber bifold. I’m so glad I went with Ace. From quote to inspection to installation was less than a week. Despite being the lower end of the quotes, the work was completed to a high standard with no mess or disruption. They even noticed my dodgy front door on the way out and tightened up the hinges on the way out for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
