  Fast, friendly and professional

  Shaun was great! We asked him to replace 12 sealed double glazing units - he visited, quoted, ordered, supplied and fitted them all in the space of 8 days! He was friendly and very professional. We were so impressed we asked him back to sort out three locks, and again he did this professionally, quickly and at a very good price. We've recommended him to our daughter, who is looking for someone to do glazing work at her flat.

  Glass replacement

  Shaun did a fantastic job replacing the broken glass in a door. He arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and was both professional and friendly throughout. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the finished result looks great. I’d definitely hire Shaun again and would happily recommend him to anyone needing glass replacement.

  Good start, poor finish

  Shaun was prompt and communicative at the start - came out quickly, gave a competitive quote, and completed the work in good time. However, two windows were still draughty afterwards, and the silicone on the Velux wasn't finished to a great standard. I contacted him, he agreed to return, but we missed each other due to a broken doorbell. Since then, he hasn't replied to any follow-up messages. The initial work was mostly good, but the lack of accountability to see the job through properly means I wouldn't feel confident recommending him.

  The initial job was done for the customer happily &;paid happily. A week later an issue araised which I said I would happily rectify. I went back as agreed with the customer on the agreed day & time.But no answer . I took a photo from outside the address to prove i was there. Another appointment agreed but in between a had a nasty work related accident & have not been well for the last 14 days. I have sent the customer an email explaining this. Im happy to go back & address any issues next week as explained in my email to the customer but simply have been recovering from an injury.

  Window lock replaced

  The lock in our double glazed window broke & could not be closed. Shaun was fastest (& best) quote, he was easy to contact and sorted the issue, no problem. Definitely keeping his number & wouldn't hesitate to use SOS again any time.

  Shaun was truly amazing, i received a quote really quickly based on measurements and a description of my requirements. The job was in central London, and then to my amazement I was fitted in the following day, keys picked up from the agent... Job done. Thank you Shaun I would give you 11 out of 10 if I could, well done!!!

  All fixed!

  100 % happy! I had put off and put off sorting out a broken old UPVC window in my flat. I was afraid that because of the age of the window, I would have to replace the casement. But Shaun was able to fix the window. Thrilled! On top of that, he was very professional. Arrived on the dot. Estimated time and cost exactly. Money very well spent. Cheers Shaun.
