  The lock in our double glazed window broke & could not be closed. Shaun was fastest (& best) quote, he was easy to contact and sorted the issue, no problem. Definitely keeping his number & wouldn't hesitate to use SOS again any time.

  Shaun was truly amazing, i received a quote really quickly based on measurements and a description of my requirements. The job was in central London, and then to my amazement I was fitted in the following day, keys picked up from the agent... Job done. Thank you Shaun I would give you 11 out of 10 if I could, well done!!!

  100 % happy! I had put off and put off sorting out a broken old UPVC window in my flat. I was afraid that because of the age of the window, I would have to replace the casement. But Shaun was able to fix the window. Thrilled! On top of that, he was very professional. Arrived on the dot. Estimated time and cost exactly. Money very well spent. Cheers Shaun.

  Sean called me and gave me a quote, unfortunately I'm not that savy at sending photos Sean kindly said he would come round to get a better idea, he arrived within a couple of hours to assess the job, gave me a reviewed quote and proceeded with the job, in an professional manner, which was very efficient, tidy and was also very polite and ensured that I was happy with the results. I would definitely use Sean again. A very happy customer
