  Work done but no proper cleaning on neighbour's property.

  The groundwork was completed to an acceptable standard; however, the quotation included removing two redundant wooden structures, and only one was taken away. Cement residue was left in front of the neighbouring shop, leading to a formal complaint. Although the workers attempted to clean the area, they lacked water access. I left my garden door open for over a week so they could return to jet-wash the residue, but they did not. No receipt or proof of payment was provided, and I subsequently received complaints from neighbouring businesses about the contractors’ failure to clean the area.

  NO NIC/EIC certificate was issued after completion

  The work was completed on November 12, 2025. NIC/EIC certificate was not issued due to the claimed technical problem from the installer. After two weeks, we still have no certificate and could not proceed with the Richmond Building Control's inspection as the inspector has requested the Electrical Installation certificate.

  Professional, polite, clean- excellent services

  I highly recommend this company without any reservation. The job was done within 1 hour. My electrician cannot even do the work 30 mins after reading the installation manual. The installer from FP Fire came on time, (punctual), communicate with the client on installation, careful installation without causing any damage to the new premises, clean the dust, and finally explained how to use the system. In summary, they are professional and extremely experienced on their work.
