    Connecting our home full fibre WiFi to garden office

    Andre did an amazing job connecting our new full fibre WiFi in the house to our garden office (after the BT engineer who did the full fibre installation cut the old connection that was there). He explained what new wiring was required, agreed with us where he would drill the feed the wiring through, checked the network was fully functioning after the installation, and cleaned up immaculately afterwards. He’s incredibly helpful & a pleasure to deal with.

    Removing BT cable prior to installation of new front door.

    Andre installed a new BT socket which enabled us to remove about 4 old sockets and yards of cabling. Andre sought out the best solution for us with up to date kit. His work was neat and tidy. He communicated effectively about his plan for the job which he carried out smoothly. We’d have no reservations about calling out Andre again in the future or recommending him.

    Ethernet fitting

    Andre was friendly, professional and punctual. He explained what he was doing as he went along. He fitted Ethernet from our router in the front room (taking old BT equipment out) to our first floor bedroom that was a dead zone for Wi-Fi. I now get the same speeds as the router downstairs so I couldn’t be happier with the work Andre has done. I will definitely be calling Telephone solutions again if I need anymore assistance.
