  Work done but no proper cleaning on neighbour's property.

  The groundwork was completed to an acceptable standard; however, the quotation included removing two redundant wooden structures, and only one was taken away. Cement residue was left in front of the neighbouring shop, leading to a formal complaint. Although the workers attempted to clean the area, they lacked water access. I left my garden door open for over a week so they could return to jet-wash the residue, but they did not. No receipt or proof of payment was provided, and I subsequently received complaints from neighbouring businesses about the contractors’ failure to clean the area.

  Repair of fence and fixing raised bed panels

  Sam was very efficient at fixing some hard landscaping issues in my garden. He discussed exactly what I wanted, quoted competitively and completed the jobs considerately and in no time at all. A very pleasant chap to deal with.

  Great work for shed base and fence

  Sam and team were excellent. They did both a concrete shed base for us and also replaced the posts of our fence. The work was carried out to a very high standard, reasonably priced and looks great. They were on time, with clear communication and left the place looking neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  Fantastic experience with Double R Services! The team were polite, professional, and clearly take pride in their work. Everything was completed to a high standard, on time, and with great attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout and made sure everything was tidy before leaving. Really pleased with the results, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, quality workmanship!

  Quick and Cheap, unfortunately we got what we paid for.

  Sam began work on our garden in spring 25. His quote was among the most affordable we received, his responsiveness made us confident in choosing him for the landscaping. The work was completed quickly, and we were initially happy with the appearance. However, shortly after completion, the paving stones installed began to come loose and fall off. Despite contacting him multiple times, three messages before he responded and three more afterwards, he has yet to return and fix the issue, despite promising to. If you're looking for landscaping work that is built to last, look for other options.
