  Brushes was our most expensive quote we had but also the most comprehensive and professional quote. Others excluded items, such as materials and scaffolding. Really importantly for me Brushes took ownership of the whole project from beginning to end, including arranging the scaffolding etc. It meant I knew what I was paying for. Extras were agreed at fixed costs as we needed them. The work was carried out very thoroughly and to a high standard. We are very pleased with the finished project. Communications and reliability were great throughout. Would certainly recommend and use again.

  Lamona Oven Repair

  I placed a call at about 10:30 and left a message. I was called back within 2 hours where I explained the problem and was quoted a price range. We agreed a window for the repair that afternoon. I got a call 20 minutes before arrival. Alan examined the oven gave me a firm price for the repair that was within the original range. The repair was then carried out there and then. Additionally he ran his eye over and fixed a small issue with my other oven at no extra charge. Alan was friendly, polite and very professional throughout taking care and making no mess. Very pleased with the service

  Ben is a real find. He turns up when he says he will, does and really good job, asking how you want things done, checks that you are happy with what he is about to do and then checks that you are happy with what you have done. While he was here I also asked him about changing some cartridges on a tap. I got the parts the after he had left but he n the next morning to fit them. Could not ask for better service.
