  Great communication, high standard of work

  Both Paul and Nick from Helix Electrical were extremely professional and polite. Paul reached out quickly over the phone to scope out the work and agree a survey date. Estimates were provided quickly thereafter and I was promptly booked in. The standard of work and communication is absolutely top notch, I would happily recommend Helix Electrical to anyone based off my experience. They took on work others refused to due to complexity and use of customer supplied kit - and didn't leave until the job was 100% done. They even helped move my washer-dryer back into place.

  Very professional team - inspiring great confidence

  Paul and Nick did a super job replacing my consumer unit with a new RCBO unit. They encountered a significant problem with one circuit but thoroughly researched the issue and left me with a working system --but requiring some follow-up work.

  Electric fuse board extension and cooker cable connection to hob area

  Paul was very knowledgeable and professional saved us money and avoided damage to the walls he didn't need to drill through a single wall. I'm glad we have found him and it's a relief that we have now a contact whenever we will replace the fuse board will be done to a high standard. Thank you!

  Great Service - EICR cert and PAT testing

  I booked for an EICR CERT, supply and fit of switches, lables and PAT testing The whole process from quote to execution of the work has been such an easy experience. Paul's workmanship is excellent and he is very tidy too. I will definitely be using Helix Electrical for any future work requirements.

  Fantastic service, highly recommended

  Paul arrived on time. He carried out all the work he quoted me for, left the area clean & tidy. And I received my invoice, the total was less than quoted as he didn't need all of the items included in the original quote. I will definitely be using him again. I would definitely reccomend Helix Electrical Limited.
