  Replace bath , taps heated Rail and extractor fan

  A conscientious and extremely hard worker. Rob is polite and passionate about his work. Nothing is a problem that can't be sorted. He even lowered the bath for easier access , especially as you get older and dont want yo change your bathroom!! I am very pleased with the standard of work and would have no qualms in recommending Rob .

  A very personable guy who came on time and phone when he was on his way . A great job of the carpet and rug . When he fi ished the fresh smell of cotton lining was lovely . Polite and hard working . Would recommend.

  Kris arrived on time and had surveyed the job previously to ensure everything could be completed today . He arrived with his newly qualified assistant Prince . Both Kris and Prince have exceeding good communication skills , and are very personable. They working continuously, with Kris spending time talking through the whole process of installing a boiler with Prince, who was very attentive learner . He is a very knowledgeable guy. Kris explained to me in simple terms for me on how to work the boiler using my phone. I would highly recommend Kris who has exemplary customer service.

  Sound advice from a very knowledgeable guy

  My daughter bought a flat in Jesmond and various areas of the flat had , what we thought was damp. After a visit from D and J we were told it was moisture and condensation causing the problem. He explain exactly what we needed to do and how to rectify the problem . Considering he wasn’t making any profit he still took the time to check areas and come up with solutions. What a professional and helpful guy . Would recommend for sure
