    We get Shaun to clean our carpets every six months as it is a dog friendly house! He always does an excellent and thorough job at a competitive price. This last time he had just completed our main room when the had a power cut! The power was off for an hour but he stayed on to complete the job and was luckily able to reschedule his next job. He always rings ahead to confirm he is coming or if there are any delays. Very professional.

    All of the above were cleaned to a very high standard. Very impressed with how good they looked when the job was finished. Although I didn't meet them, my son said they were really nice lads.

    I booked Carters Cleaning Services on a personal recommendation. They arrived on time, explained the process and took a badly stained carpet (mam has dementia and there’s been a lot of spills) to one that looked like it was fitted yesterday. I am happy to recommend without reservation. The fact that the lads were kind and respectful toward my dad was a bonus.

    I cannot praise Shaun at Carters Cleaning Services highly enough! Shaun responded to my enquiry immediately and was very accommodating booking the appointment. Shaun asked for photos of my sofas and gave an excellent price which I snapped up as it was very reasonable compared to others! The guys were extremely polite and professional and made no mess at all! My sofas really are like brand new sofas! Every mark and stubborn stain completely gone! Shaun also gave me aftercare advice on pet damage on my sofas! They are fantastic and already booked for my new house!!! Thanks Shaun! See you soon!

    Shaun arrived promptly and it was no bother to him to move the heavy settee and chair to give the room a full clean. The carpets came up lovely and Im pleased with the finish. Everything was tidied up before he left. Use him every year for a Christmas clean
