  Cleaned and steriliser all carpets, sofa, chair and mattress.

  Sent an email Sean; as follows: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you today to acclaim, Sean’s work in my property, Penshaw.  Sean done a Sterling job cleaning the carpets throughout my home, they were extremely dirty, my sofa, chair and mattress look brand new. I cannot recommend him enough or Carters Cleaning Services. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and articulate and his work is exemplary.  I will never use another company and I will be informing family of the service I have received today.   Shaun was recommended to me by a friend. He had to rearrange the original appointment and notified me of the rearrangement in plenty of time. He contacted me when he was on his way. He explained fully what he would be doing with the carpet and did a wonderful job. It looked like new again. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone.

  Had my bedroom carpets cleaned by Shaun ready for our baby girls arriving in a few weeks! Absolutely spotless and smelling amazing! Managed to fit me in literally hours after messaging. Very helpful and amazing service will defo be using again.

  AMAZING SERVICE! - 5 Star!

  Absolutely Outstanding service from Shaun! Rang him 08:00 asking if he could squeeze me in as I was having a new bed delivered and he told me he would be able to arrive at 11:30 and he stuck to his word! Even arrived 5 min earlier. Not only does our bedroom look brand new and fresh but he kindly offered to do our stairs at a discounted price if we wanted this done which we thought made sense given he was already at our home. Thanks again for making the carpets look brand new and smelling fresh! Highly recommend Carters cleaning to anyone looking to book in!

  Carpet and Sofa Cleaning

  Shaun contacted me the same day as my checkatrade request went out, he arranged to pop round to review the size of the job and give me a quote the same day. His quote was very reasonable and similar to others I had received, as he's a local lad, I booked in with him for the following week. He called ahead on the day to let me know he was on his way. He turned up on time, set up and got straight on with the work. He's really friendly and polite and got the job done in a few hours. The standard of cleaning was excellent and I'm really happy with the work, price and service Shaun provided.
