10 Excellent Service Cleaning front and back patio slabs by HPS

Job location: CM1Really happy and impressed with the amazing job that HPS have done cleaning my front and rear patio slabs. They were in a really bad state with years of muck and grime ground in but they have now been restored back to a state where it looks like they have just been laid. HPS were very good with communication and arranged a date and time that was suitable to me. They also did this fantastic job at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend HPS.10 Highly recommend

I have used HPS now for almost 10 years - they clean my patio every year - a job done to the highest standard in about a tenth of the time it would take us to do (and a far better finish!). They clean and reseal my block paving every three years or so and they have cleaned and repainted my roof. Complex roof clean in 2 stages around ongoing building works. Dan was very flexible and realistic giving us confidence. The jobs were done using both a cherry picker and moveable tower and got an excellent result. Having been impressed with work they were carrying out up the road, I took the phone number off the van and was impressed with the prompt visit from Dan to give me an estimate. The work was carried out professionally and I was amazed there was nothing left for me to clear up. So pleased with the results, our 50 year plus paths look like new and our drive looked immaculate. We are a small company based in Essex specializing in Roof, Paving & Building cleaning since 2009.

Roof cleaning: We provide all methods of roof cleaning from manual moss removal to 'Soft Washing' & 'Pressure washing'. We also apply protective coatings for those that need / wish to change the colour of their roof completely. Often this can be done without even setting foot on the roof itself using telescopic poles & access equipment. Whilst up there, we'd make any necessary tile repairs, clear the gutters & can also clean the exterior brickwork / cladding or render too if required. With access to cherry pickers (MEWPS) for safe high-level access.
Paving cleaning: Our equipment is the ‘Rolls Royce’ of the pressure washing world using both cold & superheated hot water systems allowing us to leave a much better & longer lasting result in the quickest possible time frame. No matter how bad the condition is, we can usually restore that 'like new' look again. We remove dirt, weeds, moss, oil stains, chewing gum & even the notorious patio 'black spots.' We clean anything from high streets & hospitals to residential patios & garden walls.
Gutter cleaning: Using only the best in high-rise vacuum cleaning technology, we clear out dirt, moss, leaves & even tennis balls all from the safety of the ground. This equipment will reach over conservatories & extensions often, without the need for ladders. We can fix leaky joints & carry out minor repairs. We also provide 'Drain jetting' services as well, clearing blockages underground.
